The Dan
Located inside Hotel Flor in downtown Tampa, The Dan exudes a warm and cozy speakeasy atmosphere that’s inviting to all – oh, and the drink menu is unmatched. Famed for their pink cotton candy-topped Champagne Cocktail, Tremaine Brothers, the Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Flor, recommends melting the candy cloud into the drink rather than eating separately for the ultimate taste experience. The Dan also has a variety of other rave-worthy sips like the hibiscus-flavored Smoked Old Fashioned. For alcohol free, they offer a raspberry-focused cocktail. New libations are always in the works, like the new crème brulee martini with a crackable sugar top.

Jekyll
Jekyll is an immersive cocktail bar hidden discreetly within Sesame in Hyde Park Village. Jekyll’s carefully curated elixirs embody the essence of innovation and craftsmanship. Many of the cocktails “undergo their own evolution, mirroring the transformative spirit of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” says Amanda Wregg, Head of Marketing for Three Oaks Hospitality and Armature Works. One of those spirits is Harker’s Secret, served tableside in a glass greenhouse filled with smoky sage and exudes a hint of spice. The Doppelganger is a blend of fruity and floral while Lost in Translation has been a crowd favorite, utilizing a heated siphon to draw up Angel’s Envy Whiskey and infusing it with Lapsang souchong tea, peach rooibos, saffron and Szechuan peppercorns.

Concrete Jungle
Lush greenery, colorful artwork, drool-worthy food, and unforgettable drinks await at St. Petersburg’s Concrete Jungle. Instagrammable Tulum, Mexico-inspired scenery aside, the drinks are as delicious as they are picturesque. The upstairs has a lighter, brighter vibe with drinks like the Pink Panther, a pink espresso martini; Velveteen, made with fresh carrot juice; and Love Yours, which uses pistachio-infused vodka paired with house-made grenadine, lime, and London Essence grapefruit soda. Downstairs is a trek through the jungle with couches, chair swings, drinks like Tigers Paw, topped with a flaming lemon, and the popular Sandiá Punch with watermelon and jalapeño. Mocktails like the Lychee Spritz, Zero G & T, and the No-Groni are also available.

Tequila Daisy
Boasting over 500 tequilas, 100 mezcals and an experienced staff, some of whom have competed in the International Tequila Academy, it’s safe to say Tequila Daisy is an expert on its namesake spirit. According to co-owner Monique Grespan, since opening in July, the most popular cocktail in the signature lineup has been Nectar of the Gods, complete with lime juice, coconut, mango nectar and smoked rosemary. However, Grespan’s favorite is Miracle on Ice with Thatcher’s Blood Orange and a hibiscus-infused ice cube. With a cocktail lounge atmosphere during the day, Friday and Saturday nights turn into more of a dance club with live DJs.

Coasis
A joint venture between Chef Mel Gardner and Brandi Gergle, Coasis brings the scratch kitchen concept to a whole other level, even extending into the drink menu. From freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice to homemade syrups like hibiscus, coffee and salty vanilla, you won’t find a soda machine on site as everything is made in-house. One of the most popular drinks is Crack Kills, which Chef Mel describes as a Piña Colada on steroids with two different kinds of rum, a coconut rim, dehydrated pineapple and a dark rum floater—participating in Dry January? Nearly all of Coasis’s cocktails (except the espresso martini) can be made sans alcohol. Getting a drink 50% off during Happy Hour Wednesday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. is even sweeter.
