Who says you need alcohol to have a good time? Whether you’re skipping spirits for health, hydration, or just the aesthetic, these booze-free beauties are summer-ready and stylish enough to steal the spotlight—no spirits required. Full of fresh ingredients, citrus bursts and eye-catching garnishes, these mocktails are proof that mindful drinking can still be delicious.

These citrus-forward mocktail recipes from Counter Culture Beverage Director Alex Artishenko Jr. are sure to brighten your mood—and maybe even offer a small perk for your health. While they’re more about flavor than function, citrus fruits do bring a natural dose of Vitamin C and other nutrients linked to heart health.

Red Rider

  • 1 1/2 ounces Ritual tequila alternative
  • 3/4 ounce house strawberry syrup
  • 3/4 ounce cold-pressed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Peach Ball

  • 3/4 ounce house-made peach–green cardamom shrub
  • 3/4 ounce cold-pressed lime juice
  • 2 to 3 ounces soda water
  • 1 dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
  • 1 edible orchid, for garnish

Bikini Bottom

  • 1/2 ounce Ritual rum alternative
  • 1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
  • 1/4 ounce orgeat
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/4 ounce cold-pressed lime juice
  • 2 to 3 ounces Canada Dry ginger ale
  • 1 edible orchid, for garnish

This refreshing zero-proof spritz comes from Matthew Veronesi, Bar Manager at Willa’s, and channels the classic Aperol Spritz—minus the alcohol. Lyre’s Italian and Bitter Orange add complexity, while a house-made tonic infused with botanicals like cinchona bark, lavender, lemongrass, and citrus gives it a unique twist.

Italian Spritz

  • 1 ounce Lyre’s Italian
  • 1 ounce Lyre’s Italian Orange
  • 1 1/2 ounces Willa’s house tonic
  • 1 1/2 ounces soda
  • Orange slice for garnish
