Red Rider
- 1 1/2 ounces Ritual tequila alternative
- 3/4 ounce house strawberry syrup
- 3/4 ounce cold-pressed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Peach Ball
- 3/4 ounce house-made peach–green cardamom shrub
- 3/4 ounce cold-pressed lime juice
- 2 to 3 ounces soda water
- 1 dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
- 1 edible orchid, for garnish
Bikini Bottom
- 1/2 ounce Ritual rum alternative
- 1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
- 1/4 ounce orgeat
- 1 ounce pineapple juice

Lyre’s Italian and Bitter Orange add complexity, while a house-made tonic infused with botanicals like cinchona bark, lavender, lemongrass, and citrus gives it a unique twist.
Italian Spritz
- 1 ounce Lyre’s Italian
- 1 ounce Lyre’s Italian Orange
- 1 1/2 ounces Willa’s house tonic
- 1 1/2 ounces soda
