After six years at home raising three children, Brooke Bacon returned to the construction industry with renewed focus and confidence. As People Operations Specialist at Power Design, Inc., she oversees licensing and compliance across its electrical, mechanical and plumbing divisions. Drawing on a background in community leadership, she works collaboratively behind the scenes, building relationships with state boards, regulators and internal teams to ensure the company and its people are protected and positioned for growth.

Beyond construction, Bacon has long been active in the arts. She sang the national anthem at games for the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning as a child and continues to perform in on-camera roles. She also volunteers her time with Straz Center for the Performing Arts and chairs this year’s steering committee for TASTE at Straz Center, its signature fundraiser.
