Tucked in one of South Tampa’s most desirable neighborhoods, with bay views and walking access to Bayshore Boulevard, Howard Avenue and Hyde Park Village, this townhome underwent a full renovation designed to feel as effortless as its location. The homeowners envisioned a space that balanced modern masculine lines with warm, organic elements, resulting in an Organic Modern aesthetic defined by clean architecture, natural textures and a soft, neutral palette.

A custom integrated bench seat anchors the island, creating a warm, inviting gathering space.

The kitchen became the centerpiece of the transformation. Working within the constraints of the existing builder layout, Rachel Simpson and the Revive Design and Renovation team retained the perimeter cabinetry while replacing the island, countertops, backsplash and range hood with elevated finishes. Taj Mahal quartzite, solid wood accents, GE Monogram appliances, a gas range with a pot filler and layered lighting create a kitchen that’s both highly functional and visually striking.

Throughout the home, timeless materials, abundant natural light and thoughtful details—including a gas fireplace, dry bar, covered outdoor kitchen and integrated smart-home technology—ensure the design feels refined today and will continue to age beautifully for years to come.
