Whether you’re looking for the latest Tampa gear or women’s accessories, the following pages explore some of the best finds in Tampa Bay. Local fashion social media influencer Madison Bissett also shares her favorite spots to shop in Tampa Bay.
Retail Therapy
Since beginning her fashion influencer journey four years ago, Madison Bissett has grown her Instagram audience to over 85,000 followers. Fashion has been a lifelong passion, especially curating outfits for any occasion. As her following grew, she gained the opportunity to collaborate with over 200 brands, including Yves Saint Laurent, The Four Seasons and Kendra Scott. What started as a hobby has now become a full-time career, making it essential for Bissett to know the best places to shop in Tampa Bay—both for herself and her audience.
“Shoreline Sugars, a mother-daughter-owned boutique on Central Avenue in Downtown St. Petersburg, has the cutest and trendiest styles you’ll find anywhere! Their carefully curated selection has something for everyone,” Bissett notes.
For her Tampa picks, Bissett enjoys roaming the shops of Hyde Park Village and International Plaza.
“Hyde Park Village is home to many of my favorite shops, and there’s always something exciting happening in the village,” she says. “Kendra Scott is my go-to spot for accessories—their collection is both trendy and high-quality, with fine jewelry options as well.”
“International Plaza is another fantastic shopping destination in Tampa, with an impressive array of stores. Altar’d State is one of my top picks for its unique and darling styles,” she continues. “Nordstrom is another favorite, offering a beautifully curated collection of everything from shoes to beauty products and fashion essentials.”
From the streets of St. Pete to the shopping hubs of Tampa, Bissett has made a career of scouring the Bay for the best fashion finds—from standout accessories to clothing must-haves. Did your favorite store make her top list?
