The Gasparilla Music Foundation is a Florida nonprofit corporation that organizes an annual music festival in Downtown Tampa and supports music education through its Recycled Tunes program.

The Gasparilla Music Festival is a three-day music festival from the heart of Downtown Tampa and features the best in local, emerging and national talent. Over the last five years, the festival has featured performances from Spoon, The Roots, The Avett Brothers, Gary Clark Jr., Sofi Tucker, Sylvan Esso, Nas, Band of Horses, Father John Misty and Brandi Carlisle.
