Ford’s Garage is rolling out a new line of prime burgers, just in time for football season.
The new ⅓ lb. Roadster Burgers give customers counting calories or with lighter appetites more tasty choices. Options include “The Pimento” (pimento cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo), “The Cali” (roasted garlic aioli, tomato, avocado, and lettuce), “Double Stack” (two ⅓ lb. patties with American and provolone cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo), and “Brisket Ranchero” (topped with brisket, bourbon BBQ sauce, shredded cheese and crispy onion straws) — all served on a toasted brioche bun.
“We do not take brand loyalty for granted. Our raving fans spoke, and we listened. The new ⅓ lb. Roadster Burgers are a result of wanting to provide more economical and lighter options,” shares Billy Diamond, Executive VP of Operations at 23 Restaurants Services.
Ford’s Garage is perhaps best known for the “Burgers of Fame,” 12 signature ½ lb. prime burgers that give honor and recognition to local celebrities. These individuals vary by location. Names like Mayor Bob Buckhorn and former Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Tony Dungy on the menu in Westchase, while WWE Superstar John Cena and Tampa Bay Lightning captain Steven Stamkos are represented in Wesley Chapel.
Guests also have the option to customize their order with Portobello Mushroom, Chicken Breast, Turkey, an Impossible Veggie Burger, Kobe Australian Wagyu, USDA Prime, or Open-Range Bison instead of the traditional USDA Black Angus.
The restaurant group is an Official Licensee of Ford Motor Company. Each location features its own homage to the iconic American company, with vintage Ford vehicles, gas pumps, and fixtures to fit the 1920s service station vibe.
“Being an Official Licensee of Ford Motor Company has provided a tremendous amount of energy and support worldwide,” says Marc Brown, President of Ford’s Garage. “Our entire team enjoys and appreciates it, which motivates us to work harder.”
While the drink focus is on craft beer (each location has dozens of taps and even more bottles and cans), Ford’s Garage also has a selection of wines and a full bar with signature cocktails — called Ford Fusions, naturally. The restaurant’s innovative beverage team has also created Hoptails, beer-infused cocktails like the Honey Bee Sting (Stella Artois, Fords gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, and soda) and the Tin Lizzie (Blue Moon, Redemption Rye, honey syrup, blackberry purée and fresh sour mix).
Locally, Ford’s Garage has locations in Brandon, Countryside, Lakeland, St. Petersburg, Wesley Chapel and Westchase.
