In 2020, Benny Robles Jr. of Bartow Ford reached out to Debra Ackerbloom Interiors, Inc. to collaborate on the design of his new home with builder Olivera Custom Homes. The stunning two-story residence, completed in 2024 and set on three acres in Stone Lake Ranch, Thonotosassa, boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two double-car garages and a climate-controlled gym. Designed to blend modern architecture, furnishings, fixtures and materials, the home creates a dramatic and immersive luxury lifestyle experience.

The interior, curated by principal designer Debra Ackerbloom and senior designer Jacinea Vela, features dynamic designs that incorporate modern building materials in natural tones and textures. High-performance textiles and leathers enhance the furnishings throughout.

Being involved from the beginning allowed Ackerbloom and Vela to contribute to the architectural planning process while developing the interior design plan. This early collaboration ensured the design perfectly reflected Robles aesthetic preferences and passion for entertaining family and friends.

The exterior of this two-story Stone Lake Ranch estate features smooth stucco in pure white, complemented by textural concrete in natural grey and horizontal weatherproof Longboard in dark walnut.
Upon entering through the custom pivot door, the foyer opens to a breathtaking space featuring a grand staircase, a soaring great room and large-format Calacatta Gold porcelain tile throughout. At the heart of the great room is a 15-foot-by-15-foot custom sectional in performance fabric, paired with ebony leather swivel chairs and aged brass and ebony tables.
The game room boasts a coffered ceiling, dark walnut hardwood planks, custom gaming tables, a burnished porcelain fireplace and a tropical tank separating it from the golf simulator.
Behind a hidden door, a circular staircase leads to the Secret Lounge. The custom bar is wrapped in vein-cut vanilla onyx, complemented by black leather swivel bar stools with aged brass accents.
In the downstairs game room, a sleek waterfall-edge bar in Silver Wave marble is accented with backlit Verite glass. Tufted black leather barstools add sophistication.
The master ensuite is designed with fireside swivel chairs, an upholstered platform bed and seeded crystal pendants.
The master bath showcases a double floating vanity set against a full wall of custom Italian glass tiles, with a Crema Delicato marble countertop blending with Calacatta Gold porcelain floors and shower tiles.

The upstairs landing features a custom feature wall with lounge seating.
The downstairs sunroom offers a Deco tropical wall tile, matte black and white floors, and blush velvet seating with a Deco aged brass pendant.
