The Adams Estate was originally built as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams — a founding settler of Lake Alfred — and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation of descendants, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm.
Today, the doors of the Adams Estate are open for guests to enjoy as an intimate and unforgettable venue for weddings, corporate and social events. The Estate plays hosts to indoor and outdoor weddings, special events and receptions of all kinds, with an indoor capacity of 140 people and an indoor/outdoor capacity of up to 300. Wedding packages include exclusive 12-hour use of the estate, while up to 7,000 square feet of flexible space is available for corporate events and meetings. Four on-site cottages are also available for rent for up to 20 people.
