Tampa’s newest steakhouse celebrated its official opening at Hyde Park Village on November 7. Some of the city’s top scene-stealers gathered to get a first taste of Meat Market’s Kobe beef, Niman Ranch prime short rib, roasted truffle Rockefeller oysters, and craft cocktails. Guests enjoyed a performance from local singer Ed John and received a goody bag from event planner The Social Revelry with gifts from local businesses like The Candle Pour and Soho Cycling. This is the fourth location of the Miami Beach-based Meat Market, which is described as a “more glamorous take” on the traditional steakhouse.
