Dr. Tiffany Jessee is a board-certified general surgeon. She is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons and holds the designation of Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
In addition to being a leader in the field by utilizing the most advanced technology, she was the first surgeon to place a lap-band in Pinellas County. Dr. Jessee was the first female bariatric surgeon in the state of Florida and remains one of the few female surgeons in the world who specializes in bariatric surgery. She is well-known for her compassion toward her adult and adolescent patients, and she works with her team to create an individual plan for each patient in order for them to be successful in their weight loss journey.
Dr. Jessee serves on the faculty at Nova Southeastern University and provides clinical training for general surgery residents at Largo Medical Center. In addition to bariatric surgery, Dr. Jessee also performs general surgery and volunteers her time every year providing medical and surgical care to the people of Honduras.
