Nostalgic Spin-Off Concept Comes to St. Pete
Chuck E. Cheese has launched a new arcade concept designed for adults, called Chuck’s Arcade, at Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg. The venue features more than 40 games, all playable with a reloadable card that earns digital tickets redeemable at the prize counter. Items available include Chuck E. Cheese-themed gear.

The Salty Donut

A Tasty Tampa Addition
The Salty Donut, an artisanal donut shop with locations across the country, has expanded its Tampa presence with a new location in Seminole Heights on North Florida Avenue. The brand first arrived in the city with a Hyde Park shop in 2023.

Coffee With a Side of Capybaras
Originally founded in St. Augustine, The Capybara Café has expanded to a second location in St. Petersburg. Blending quality coffee with hands-on experiences and educational outreach, the café offers a space to connect with animals, nature and conservation efforts. Guests can choose from five animal encounters, each supporting Noah’s Ark Sanctuary.

Wild Oasis Debuts at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
Wild Oasis at Jungala is an immersive, rainforest-themed adventure zone. Highlights include Habitat Hideaway, a multispecies exhibit featuring capybaras, giant anteaters, squirrel monkeys and tropical birds; Treetop Drop, a 35-foot drop tower with jungle-themed special effects; Canopy Climb, a multi-level climbing challenge with over 200 feet of trails and 45-foot vertical climbs; and Enchanted Falls, a splash pad with fountains and spray towers.

St. Pete Welcomes Sweet and Savory
A decadent addition has opened in St. Petersburg: Wildflower Ice Cream, a New Zealand-style dessert spot offering more than 10,000 possible flavor combinations. The new parlor is serving up delicious scoops on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North. On the savory side, The Violet Stone has reopened in an expanded location in Crescent Heights. The Dave Portnoy–approved pies, featured on One Bite Pizza Reviews, are now available just two miles down the road from the original, also on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North.
