Older Lundy & Alvarez, a multi-service law firm, announced that they will open a third office location, 2947 Defuniak Street in Trinity, on April 1, 2020. The new Pasco location is currently the law office of Amanda Colón. Colón will merge her practice into Older Lundy & Alvarez, and she will become a part of the firm’s Marital and Family Law Practice Group.

Older Lundy & Alvarez opened its second location in Dade City in July 2019 when they acquired the Law Offices of Larry Hersch, a longtime Pasco County attorney.

“Pasco County has grown, and we believe will continue to grow very rapidly, and we intend to be a key player in providing legal services to the Pasco community,” said Michael Lundy, Managing Partner of Older Lundy & Alvarez. “Our firm’s areas of practice fit in perfectly with the growth we are seeing across Pasco County, and this is why we have opened offices in both the eastern and western developmental corridors of the county.”

Colón is a Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and a Parenting Coordinator qualified in the Fifth, Sixth and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits. “She is an outstanding addition to our team and a perfect fit within our firm culture,” Lundy said.

“I grew up in Pasco County, attended Pasco schools, grew my business here and am raising my children here. I am beyond excited to bring more areas of legal practice to my clients at the same high quality level of service they are accustomed to.”
