After a decade in engineering at IBM, Teresa Abi-Nader Dahlberg earned her master’s and Ph.D. in computer engineering before pursuing her passion for education. Now president of the University of Tampa, she guides its academic and operational excellence while engaging with students, faculty, alumni and the broader community. Dahlberg’s philosophy centers on empowering students to lead meaningful lives and adapting universities to meet evolving global challenges. She credits her husband, Brian, as a key partner in her journey, and finds daily motivation in the students who remind her why education matters.
