Our Process

In February, we mailed close to 11,000 surveys to attorneys in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. We obtained the list of attorneys from the Florida Bar.

We asked the attorneys to nominate their peers—who in their judgement are the best—in 87 separate practice areas, then return the surveys in anonymous prepaid return envelopes. We then tallied the votes from those surveys to compile this list.
