The Tampa Bay HOPPY Easter Bunny 5K at Whiskey Joe’s Tampa Waterfront Restaurant

Benefiting the Shriners Hospital and Finish Lines For Scholarships, this 5k walk or run is set along the waterfront Courtney Campbell Trail. Entry to the race includes a shirt, free beer for those over 21, a food sampler from Whiskey Joe’s and a medal for finishing the race. The cost for an individual participant is $42.
Heights Spring Festival

Armature Works is throwing its first-ever Spring Festival, complete with an egg hunt, petting zoo, egg decorating, face painting, bounce houses and photo ops with the Easter Bunny. There will be one egg hunt for kids 5 and under and one egg hunt for kids 5 to 10; click here to register your child.

The Seminole Hard Rock will have Easter menu specials throughout the day at each of its eateries. Fresh Harvest is offering a holiday buffet with prime rib, bourbon-glazed ribs, prosciutto-wrapped pork, guacamole deviled eggs and desserts for $40 per person. Hard Rock Café is doing a lamb chops special with scalloped potatoes and honey-glazed carrots, while The Rez Grill will have braised lamb neck and herb-crusted loin. The steakhouse Council Oak will feature a grilled domestic spring lamb loin with English peas, morel mushrooms and pineapple-mint lamb jus. Check the website for each restaurant’s operating hours.
