In 2025, Tampa Magazine launched Power Players: Tampa Bay Business Leaders You Need to Know a new section recognizing the people making an impact across the region. To celebrate the inaugural class, we hosted the first Tampa Bay Business Leaders event on Dec. 3, 2025, at HOME in Hyde Park Village.
The evening brought together the 16 professionals featured in our debut feature and their guests for cocktails, light bites from Ro Hyde Park and networking, along with a special conversation featuring former Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn and entrepreneur and philanthropist Sidd Pagidipati.
Guests also had the opportunity to participate in a nearby headshot photoshoot before gathering for the Q&A, followed by swag bag giveaways to close out the evening.

Following the success of last year’s event, Tampa Magazine is bringing Power Players and the corresponding Tampa Bay Business Leaders event back for a second year. The 2026 feature will appear in our popular December Holiday and Best Restaurants issue, reaching 65,000 affluent homes throughout the Tampa Bay area.
