A stunning, high-end condominium on Tampa’s iconic Bayshore Boulevard strikes the ultimate balance between modernism and comfort. Lisa and Philip Stein moved into the luxurious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom residence that occupies an entire floor of the Sanctuary at Alexandra Place in 2021, downsizing from their Palma Ceia house after their children moved out.

Carin Zwiebel, of CZ Designs Tampa, brought the 3,900-square-foot slice of paradise to life with customizations galore, mindful to maximize water views through glass walls.

“I like to create exquisite interiors that are both luxurious and livable,” Zwiebel shares.

Striking, colorful art is thoughtfully housed in custom nooks on white walls, while textured stone and wood accent walls pull in natural elements. Cozy upholstered seating flanks sleek, low-profile tables. A delightful variety of chandeliers and other unique lighting make it glow.

“We absolutely love it,” Lisa says. “It’s calming and peaceful and it makes us happy.”

The kitchen’s captivating backlit bar is made of Cristallo quartzite. The countertops are made of custom marble and granite. Leather counter stools are by RH Modern.

The custom dining table has a metal inlay by Altura Furniture. The custom console is by Berman Rosetti. Wall nooks were created to perfectly fit the owners’ artworks.
Pieces of the homeowners’ compelling art collection were thoughtfully displayed throughout the home, including “The Climber,” pictured.
For the office, a custom desk was built with fluted wood and painted finishes and custom-designed bat holders for baseball memorabilia by YN Design.
