New Claw-Machine Arcade Comes to Treasure Island
After soaring in popularity across Tokyo, a new wave of claw machine arcades is making its way to the U.S.—and the latest to join the trend is Atomic Claw Arcade. Located in Treasure Island, this new hotspot brings the excitement of Japanese-style claw machines to the local community. The arcade features 40 to 45 different claw machines and prize-winning games. A similarly themed arcade is expected to open in Tampa this spring.
Mad Dogs & Englishmen in South Tampa Reopens
Mad Dogs & Englishmen, a staple of Tampa’s dining scene for over 30 years, is welcoming guests back to its newly reimagined space. Blending classic British pub charm with a modern twist, the refreshed venue features a variety of intimate nooks and inviting spaces. Guests can enjoy a pint or a meal in the Fireplace Lounge, Garden Room, Library or Moroccan Room, while the Conservatory, dog-friendly patios and two bars offer even more distinct settings.

St. Pete’s New Dining Destinations
Red Thread weaves the rich tapestry of the ancient Silk Road into downtown St. Pete, alongside The Crane, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant. Pepe’s Cantina Mexican Grill brings specialty margaritas and authentic Mexican cuisine to the Kenwood neighborhood, while Pagoda Asian Grill by P.F. Chang’s debuts its first Florida location in west St. Pete. Cognac, a relaxed Parisian-style bistro, has opened on 2nd Ave, offering a daily happy hour brunch in addition to regular lunch, dinner, and bar service. Perry’s Porch, now open on the St. Pete Pier, is a coffee shop and ice cream destination in the morning that expands into lunch and dinner offerings of Italian sandwiches, pasta and more.

Vintage Shop Opens in St. Pete
Iamsonotcool Vintage brings affordable, sustainable fashion and unique giftables to Tampa Bay. This eclectic shop features a curated selection of vintage clothing, purses and accessories, alongside locally made soaps, art, stickers and handcrafted goods. What began as a pop-up vendor booth has now found a permanent home at 689 Dr. MLK Jr. St. N, Suite B. Adorned with vibrant wall murals, the space also showcases an exclusive collection of hand-painted clothing and purses by artist Jennifer Kosharek.
St. Pete Art Gallery Comes to South Tampa
Drew Marc Gallery, a fine art and jewelry destination in St. Pete’s art district, now has a South Tampa location on South MacDill Avenue. The gallery features new exhibitions and showcases a wide variety of artists and mediums.
