For 100 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay has helped young people discover their potential and build great futures. Founded in 1926 as the West Tampa Boys Club, the organization has grown alongside the Tampa Bay community, providing life-changing programs, real-world experiences and pathways to success for youth and young adults. Through academic support, mentorship, leadership development, workforce readiness, wellness programming and more, its Clubs create safe, supportive environments where young people can build confidence, develop essential skills and pursue their goals.

**Its work is rooted in the belief that every young person deserves a place where they feel valued, supported and empowered to shape their future.  As the organization celebrates its Centennial in 2026, it honors a century of impact while looking ahead to the future. From Oct. 1 through Nov. 30, a free Centennial exhibit at the Tampa Bay History Center will showcase historical photos, articles, artifacts and more, including a recently discovered time capsule.
