The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) is the leading authority on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related conditions. Founded in 1986 as a small support group, it has grown into the largest 501(c)(3) nonprofit in this field, with affiliates in 33 U.S. states and global partnerships with mental health organizations. The IOCDF serves individuals worldwide, along with their families, mental health professionals and researchers.

Its work includes providing education and resources, fostering community engagement, delivering professional training and advancing research. Through these efforts, the foundation is dedicated to improving understanding, treatment and support for those affected by OCD and related disorders.
