For over 20 years, David Murray has dedicated his practice to representing policyholders in insurance company disputes. As a trial attorney, he advocates for individuals and businesses whose claims have been denied, delayed or underpaid by their insurance companies.

“Insurance companies routinely deny, delay and underpay claims, knowing many policyholders will give up,” he says. “I make the insurance company fulfill the benefits promised under the policy.”

Murray is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, recognized yearly as a Super Lawyer — an honor received by less than 5% of attorneys in Florida. He routinely testifies on proposed legislative changes, speaks to professional organizations on insurance-related issues and is consulted by the media regarding insurance-related topics.

He gives back to the community by serving as a Guardian ad Litem advocating for abused and neglected children in the foster care system and as a board member for the Heart Gallery of Tampa.
