By the time David Mitchell’s clients call him, many are at their wits’ end.

“Oftentimes what the collectors are doing is illegal,” Mitchell says. “We know how to prosecute the companies and how to make these companies pay for improper practices.”

Mitchell has helped debtors and non-debtors across the nation hold debt collectors, banks, and student loan, mortgage, credit card and health insurance companies accountable for their conduct. He also represents healthcare providers and patients who have been the victims of improper insurance write-downs and claim denials.
