Family Law with Heart

Winner of the Family Law category on this year’s TAMPA Magazine Top Lawyers list, Michael Lundy is an attorney who is family oriented and understands how to balance aggressive representation and compromise. He is personable, he is available, and he has exceptional common sense.

“I believe that most cases, especially those concerning children, are best resolved by families, instead of by courts,” Lundy says. “But I also know that every case is unique and requires a delicate balance between understanding the client’s personal needs and life circumstances on one hand and exercising keen litigation judgment on the other.”

While Lundy always tries to find an amicable resolution, he is also a fierce trial lawyer when there is no alternative to trial. His background and experience have given him a unique skill set in addressing cases with complex financial, forensic accounting and business valuation issues.
