Dr. Michael Mirmanesh is the founder and medical director of The Garden Medical Spa and the Executive Chairman of the Florida Society of Medical Spas. In addition, Dr. Mirmanesh maintains a busy aesthetic plastic surgery practice and performs over 1,000 surgeries per year.
