Dr. Nuñez is an experienced practicing physician working at one of Hillsborough County’s longest standing physical medicine and rehabilitation practices. Dr. Nuñez is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a subspecialty certification in Brain Injury Medicine.

“The nature of rehab means I often meet patients at one of the lowest points of their lives: a major trauma, brain or spinal cord injury, amputation or serious hospitalization,” he explains. “Nothing is more fulfilling than working with my patients to help them take care of themselves and restore quality to their lives.

Among many other professional appointments, Dr. Nuñez serves as the Medical Director for HCA Florida Brandon Hospital’s Inpatient Rehab Facility and Vice Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Tampa General Hospital.
