Ashley Guarcello brings the work ethic and winning spirit of a college athlete to her role as a realtor at Palermo Real Estate Professionals. With an innate capacity to compete, medical device sales at first seemed like a natural fit; however, after becoming a mother, she realized that being in an OR at 6 AM did not yield the best work-life balance. She quickly and easily made the transition to real estate, where she is currently thriving.
