Brooke Brate comes from a real estate background, with both parents working in real estate for 35+ years in the Carolinas. “The industry is a part of my DNA,” says Brooke. 

A real estate professional for seven years, Brooke balanced her clients while working in sports PR and served as the Director of Communications for the Super Bowl LV Host Committee until 2021.When she transitioned to real estate full-time, her business took off, and she is now a top 5 solo agent with Smith & Associates Real Estate. 

Outside of work, the new mom enjoys spending time with her family exploring Tampa Bay and teaching cycling at CAMP Tampa. She truly loves the area and feels lucky to help clients fulfill their real estate dreams in a place she feels fortunate to call home.
