Originally from Australia, Felicia pursued a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma of Interior Design, which complement her natural talent for business and sales. After launching her real estate career at a boutique firm in Australia, she was appointed as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a major commercial real estate company in Sydney, gaining invaluable industry expertise.

Since relocating to the U.S. in 2010, Felicia has played a key role in high-profile development projects, from Miami to St. Pete resulting in billions in sales volume, including the record-breaking sell-out of Saltaire St. Pete. Currently, as Director of Sales for Art House St. Pete, a 42-story condominium project, Felicia is part of a collaborative team that continues to achieve impressive sales milestones, marking another significant chapter in her career.
