A Tampa native, Francesca attended Tampa Catholic High School and Florida State University where she studied marketing before realizing her passion for law. “After graduating from FSU in 2007, I lived in Spain and worked for a marketing agency. Upon returning to Tampa, in the midst of a recession, I found myself working for a T-Mobile store until my dad reached out to me in need of a bilingual receptionist. After working in his office for just a short time, I realized that Criminal Defense was my passion.” 

After law school, Francesca began her career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor, juvenile and felony cases and tried dozens of cases to jury verdict. Through her hard work and dedication, she has gained the respect of judges, colleagues and adversaries.

“This job is not easy. There are days with heavy mental and emotional strain. However, when I am able to deliver a positive outcome or verdict for a client, it is the absolute most rewarding feeling ever.”
