Founded in 2021, Charleston Bay Interiors was named after Jen Kravchuk’s daughter, Charleston, and her love for the Tampa Bay area. As the owner and principal designer, Kravchuk leads the company in providing bespoke design solutions for both residential and commercial projects. Alongside a team of two talented designers, the studio is known for creating elegant, functional spaces tailored to each client’s unique vision.

From luxurious homes to sophisticated commercial environments, Charleston Bay Interiors blends beauty and practicality to deliver exceptional results. With meticulous attention to detail, Kravchuk ensures every project reflects the individual style and needs of her clients. Currently, the studio is executing two major commercial projects in South St. Petersburg: SkyBeach Hotel, a boutique hotel, and Marina Club, a new multi-family complex.
