  Mollie started in the jewelry industry in 1997, after having her first child at age 17. “I found my career so early because I needed a way to support myself and my daughter,” says Suarez. Gemology was the answer. “Enthusiasm for diamonds came naturally and working for incredible companies with supportive women gave me the courage to create Westshore Diamond in 2011.”

  With 26 years of experience, each client is getting an expert G.I.A. Graduate Gemologist, appraiser, and diamond broker when they work with Suarez.

  Mollie enjoys giving back to the local community weekly by mentoring high-school and 8th-grade girls at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church.
