Katrina Riley and Lindsey Cronk co-founded ÉLAN Aesthetics in 2019 to provide South Tampa with a luxury, boutique option for advanced, non-surgical aesthetic treatments. With over 15 years of industry experience, they are passionate about natural results and progressive techniques.

“What sets ÉLAN Aesthetics apart is our team’s love for learning,” says Riley. “Passionate about education, we’ve traveled around the world in pursuit of knowledge and attended advanced aesthetic training in London, Paris, Oslo, and Switzerland.”

“This past January, our entire injector team attended IMCAS World Congress in Paris to learn about the latest evidence-based techniques and developments in the fields of dermatology, plastic surgery, and aging science,” adds Cronk. “While abroad, we also attended a private training in London with renowned educator, Dr. Zack Ally, which has elevated our practice and benefited our clients immensely.”

ÉLAN also hosts guest trainers from across the globe. During these small group trainings, local injectors have the opportunity to learn advanced techniques and best practices in a hands-on setting. Additionally, Katrina regularly hosts her Master Lip Class, where she teaches injectors the artistry and technical skills required to achieve natural-looking results with lip fillers.​​​​​​​​

“Our extensive training on facial anatomy plays an integral role in our work and masterful results,” adds Riley.  Our goal is to help women feel more confident through results-driven treatments.
