A Tampa native, Jennifer Ulmer is the co-owner of two successful restaurant brands. Starting in restaurant operations while at USF, Ulmer now has over 22 years of industry experience and is one of the only female owners of Glory Days with over 40 national locations.

“People think that your career slows down once you have kids, but that’s far from the truth,” notes Ulmer. “I push myself further every single day for my family. They fuel my drive.”

Ulmer is blessed to have worked with true icons in the restaurant realm. Her professional goal is to provide the same opportunities that have been given to her.

“Success and results have nothing to do with gender. My mantra is to be bold, fearless, and trusting of your own intuition,” says Ulmer.
