On the primary care side, Dr. Kallikadan’s goal is to educate and help patients take a preventative approach towards one’s own health. “Instead of waiting until one gets sick, we can already take steps to monitor our hormone levels, lifestyle and overall health before we cause any distress to our well being,” she says.
“I believe what you put inside your body significantly affects what happens to the outside of your body,” Dr. Kallikadan adds. “Procedures such as injectables, body contouring and advanced medical aesthetics are delivered in tandem with medical wellness treatments such as weight loss programs, IV vitamin drips and bio-identical hormones to create the best results for each patient according to their needs.”
Health + Glow also carries their own line of medical-grade skin care products developed by Dr. Kallikadan herself to help preserve and rejuvenate your skin even after your treatment. She offers products for anti-aging, sun protection and skin hydration as well as products for your eyes, lips and neck.
Dr. Kallikadan received her medical degree from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, and has spent 15 years working as an internist all over the world. She is board-certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and is a fellow of Aesthetic Medicine by the American Board of Anti-Aging/Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM).
