Builder: Windstar Homes

Interior Designer: Accentrics Interiors

Photographer: Chris Restrepo with Penlight Media

Cabinetry: Busby Cabinets

Countertops: Olympia Stone & Quartz

Tile & Plumbing: Hollingsworth

This Culbreath Isles home blends artistic expression with comfortable livability, creating a space designed for everything from casual family evenings to entertaining along its waterfront views.

The homeowners, who moved from Boston to return home to Tampa, worked closely with Accentrics Interiors to incorporate Mediterranean influences that complement and enhance the home’s existing architectural features. They wanted a residence that could withstand the demands of family life while also showcasing their passion for collecting original artwork that brings personality to each room.

The living room features a dramatic double-story ceiling, cast-stone fireplace and tailored linen panels that add warmth and movement while preserving natural light and water views.

In the primary bedroom, Accentrics commissioned a piece from Anne McLoud through Gregg Irby Gallery, paired with a custom-colored intaglio series through Fred Reed Framing.

The office features a custom white oak built-in with bookcase storage, hidden printer and file space and a centered desk area. Opposite the built-in, a seating area anchored by a leather Eames Lounge chair and ottoman creates a comfortable retreat. A personalized gallery wall showcasing the homeowners’ favorite destinations throughout the Northeast adds a meaningful, collected element alongside abstract works by Caleb Mahoney and The Willard Gallery in Maine.

Highland House sofas and ottomans anchor the living room space, paired with Hickory Chair lounge chairs upholstered in performance Holly Hunt fabric. A South & English coffee table, Visual Comfort lamp and Romo drapery add refined finishing touches.
The cast-stone fireplace serves as a focal point in the living room and is complemented by custom chests from Chaddock, topped with four commissioned works by Lucy Auge.
A sophisticated dining room uses a chandelier and lamps from Visual Comfort to provide warm, inviting light. A curated collection of pottery from Dixon Rye adds character and an artful finishing touch.
Custom Busby Cabinets set the foundation for this elegant kitchen, topped with honed Calacatta Belleni marble countertops sourced through Olympia Stone. Visual Comfort pendants illuminate the space, while Waterworks plumbing and Armac Martin hardware add polished details.
A layered living room pairs a Highland House sofa with an Addison Dicus rug and custom drapery.
The wet bar pairs Busby Cabinets in Sherwin-Williams Link Gray with honed Calacatta Belleni marble countertops
A Vintage bronze bird sculpture and April Riley’s “White Lilies” add character to the hallway.
A collected study layers art and classic design, featuring a custom abstract piece by Caleb Mahoney.
An Eames chair and ottoman by Herman Miller, Visual Comfort floor lamp, Larsen drapery and Jaipur rug complete the look.
The primary bedroom layers a Hickory Chair bed with Pine Cone Hill bedding and Highland House swivel chairs in Mark Alexander linen. Custom artwork, including an abstract acrylic piece by Ann McLeod and a colored intaglio series, adds an artistic finish.
A curated foyer pairs Lee Industries chairs with a vintage rattan mirror, antique buffet and layered artwork.
The daughter’s bedroom pairs Sister Parish Dolly drapery in Sea Form with Colefax & Fowler chevron trim and pillows by Charlotte Gaisford and Martyn Lawrence Bullard.
