Interior Designer: Mandy Drew Designs, LLC

Landscaping: Top Tier Greenery

This two-story renovation project in Bellaire took about 18 months to complete, but the result was well worth the wait. Mandy Drew of Mandy Drew Designs, LLC took over as a project manager and lead designer, crafting a home that perfectly suits a single mom with two kids and three dogs—combining cozy comfort with elevated design.

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home now features a modern coastal look, ideal for its waterfront setting and pool views. The design incorporates neutral tones accented by dark elements.

One standout feature is the use of GrassCloth wallpapers, which add rich texture to every room. From showstopping lighting choices sourced from Visual Comfort and Arteriors down to the wood flooring, every aspect of the home was carefully curated to evoke a feeling of warmth and relaxation.

The cozy living room features two large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The custom-designed couch offers a perfect balance of comfort and style, complemented by coffee tables and stools from local vendor Magnolia Interiors. Scooped chairs from Arteriors add a sleek, modern touch, while the custom-rebuilt fireplace serves as a stunning focal point. Overhead, a ceiling light from Visual Comfort completes the room’s cozy yet sophisticated feel.
The kitchen, crafted by Custom Designs, showcases top-of-the-line Wolf appliances and stunning Michael Angelo marble from Mont Krest.
The dining room features furniture from Vanguard and Baker, complemented by elegant lighting from Visual Comfort.
The playroom’s built-in area was styled by Jen Daly, featuring carefully selected pieces sourced from Clayton Gray Home.
The powder bath features custom hand-painted wallpaper, beautifully paired with elegant lighting from Visual Comfort.

The main bath showcases elegant Schumacher wallpaper, complemented by stunning marble accents throughout.
The two guest bedrooms are adorned with lighting fixtures, including these stylish lamps from Visual Comfort.

The outdoor area is furnished with stylish pieces from Summer Classics, complemented by exquisite landscaping from Top Tier Greenery.
