Talkin’ Tacos Debuts First Pinellas County Location
Talkin’ Tacos, the food truck-turned-eatery, is opening its first Pinellas County location in Clearwater at 2849 Gulf to Bay Blvd. The 2,400-square-foot space will serve Halal Mexican favorites like Birria Tacos, Mahi Mahi Burritos, Birria Ramen and Street Corn, with seating for 52 inside and 20 outside.
Now Open Around St. Pete
Slim Charmer, a stylish new cocktail bar and tasting room from the team behind Wild Child, is now open in St. Pete’s Grand Central District. Paradeco Coffee has launched a new location at the SkyBeach Resort, offering their signature brews with a view. And after being shuttered by Hurricane Helene, longtime favorite Nicko’s Pizza and Subs has reopened its doors—thanks to overwhelming community support.

Tampa’s Tastiest New Arrivals
Sucré Table’s new market concept, Le Marché, is now open on Kennedy Boulevard. Stocked with everything from orange and lavender syrups to butters, chocolates and kitchen tools, it’s a go-to hub for aspiring bakers and chefs. Also new on the culinary scene: Retro House, an Asian bistro and coffee bar on Henderson Avenue, Maru, a rooftop cocktail bar located on the seventh floor of Bayshore Gardens, and Riverwalk Terrace, a breakfast and brunch destination at Tampa Marriott Water Street. King of the Coop returned to Seminole Heights and another chicken concept, Shaquille O’Neal’s Big Chicken, opened on Linebaugh Avenue.
Books and Brews
Opening June 15 on Central Avenue in downtown St. Pete, The Book Lounge is a 1,600-square-foot haven for book lovers, featuring a curated collection of around 4,000 titles. Readers can explore the book matchmaking table—fill out a form and receive three personalized recommendations—or pick up a pre-wrapped “blind date” book for a surprise read. The space also offers light bites and a selection of coffee, tea and wine for guests to enjoy while they browse.
Openings in Hyde Park Village
Greyson Clothiers, a performance-driven brand known for its signature styles, refined design and fresh take on modern tailoring, has opened its first and only Tampa location in Hyde Park. Pink Chicken, a children’s clothing boutique celebrated for vintage-inspired prints and vibrant color palettes also debuted its first Florida location in the village.
