Long before Deana Cannella was closing deals across Tampa Bay, her family was helping shape the city she is proud to call home.
Born and raised in South Tampa, Cannella comes from generations tied to the area. Her great-grandparents rolled cigars in Ybor City and settled down in a Hyde Park bungalow, beginning a family history rooted in Tampa property and community. Years spent helping maintain, lease, buy and sell family properties became the foundation for a career in real estate.
Cannella entered the industry 15 years ago at Keller Williams in South Tampa before moving into full-service commercial brokerage, where she learned the business from every angle. Today, as a top agent with Lombardo Team Real Estate, she works across residential, commercial and investment properties throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Her approach blends numbers with something more personal, pairing the strategy required to structure successful commercial transactions with an understanding that residential real estate is deeply personal because a home is where life happens.
