The Nocturnal Hospitality Group — the minds behind Franklin Manor, Osteria, Mole y Abuela and the forthcoming Shibui — has been one of the biggest success stories of Downtown Tampa’s revival over the last few years. As CFO, Lou Dommer has helped inject the expertise  he accumulated in his decades in the corporate world, setting Nocturnal on the path to successfully continue their rapid expansion.

“We want to make Franklin Street a top destination for residents and tourists,” Dommer says. “Really raising the level of entertainment, food and drink options is a top focus for us.”

Dommer says Nocturnal co-founders David Anderson and Lanfranco Pescante took a chance on opening Franklin Manor in a neglected part of downtown, one that has paid off thanks to the group’s dedication to delivering value to guests through top-notch service and menus.

“I think we have something people really enjoy and have a real respect for,” Dommer says.
