Meilys Falcon, ARNP-BC, is the founder and medical provider of Regenex Wellness Lab, a luxury medical aesthetics and regenerative wellness clinic in Tampa. A nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector, Falcon created the practice to merge advanced medicine with an elevated patient experience.
She created Regenex from a deeply personal place. Too often patients are forced to choose between clinical excellence and an exceptional experience, and Falcon believes they deserve both.

“I built Regenex around relationships,” Falcon says. “Our concierge model allows us to truly know our patients and grow with them over time. That continuity creates a different level of care which is less about procedures and more about stewardship of confidence and well-being.”
For Falcon, her “why” is rooted in family. At home, she is a wife and mother, and she believes those roles are her daily reminder that success is measured in ways greater than professional milestones.
“Becoming a mother reshaped how I see purpose and legacy. Building alongside my husband has strengthened that vision even more. I didn’t just want to create a successful business. I wanted to build something meaningful, something that reflects our values and shows our children what it looks like to lead with integrity, discipline and heart,” she says.
This year marks a pivotal expansion for Regenex as Falcon works to grow the clinic into a comprehensive wellness destination with new technologies, regenerative treatments and education initiatives. She also prioritizes family life, often ending the day as the family chef (her son, Holden, is her toughest critic). Falcon believes female leadership blends ambition, humility and purpose to influence communities.
“Women don’t have to choose between ambition and heart. The most powerful leaders learn to carry both,” says Falcon.
