Finding healthy, quick bites (that your kids will actually eat) is a tough task, and no one knows that better than Tampa’s Diana Blinkhorn. Better known as @mrsblinks on Instagram and the blogger behind The Gray Ruby Diaries, Blinkhorn is the mom of three active young daughters. She’s passionate about feeding them wholesome, organic foods, like cereals from Cascadian Farm Organic.
“For a long time I didn’t buy cereal for my family because I wasn’t finding options that were organic and delicious,” Blinkhorn says. “My kids absolutely love the Honey Vanilla Crunch cereal, and I love that it has 26 grams of whole grains and is flavored naturally.”
Between adorable photos of her kids’ Halloween costumes and Pinterest-worthy home décor, Blinkhorn posts her favorite tips and tricks to work healthy eating into your everyday life on her Instagram and blog.
“I love finding wholesome options, but I am not a great cook. That is why I love sharing Cascadian Farm products on my blog, to help those busy moms like myself find great options for their families,” she says.

One recent post focused on how she makes her kids’ school lunches healthy, fun and — most importantly — easy.
“I had to share my love for Cascadian Farm and how my kids are always asking for me to add their favorite granola bars,” she says.
Blinkhorn says she’s looking forward to trying the two new ice pops Cascadian Farm created in collaboration with The Hyppo exclusively for Tampa. The flavors, Vanilla Crunch and Blueberry Puff, blend Cascadian Farm cereals, fruit and other fresh ingredients.
“I love the idea, and it’s just another way Cascadian Farm is helping me feed my family wholesome and delicious options,” she adds.
