Justin Brantley, the founder of GeoPoint Surveys, walked out of an Eckerd drugstore at the age of 14, and his life changed. He saw a Ford truck and said to himself, “I’ll own one of those.”
Fast-forward to the 1979 F-150 short-bed 4×4 truck, which turns heads—and sometimes stops traffic—wherever it appears. The thundering 514 big-block V-8 grabs the ears if the gleaming black-and-silver, jacked-up truck didn’t already catch the eyes.
“Next to my wife, my love is that ’79 F-150 Ford truck,” he says.
