Naseem Hollander is a Tampa native and community leader whose life blends business leadership with a deep commitment to philanthropy. Born and raised in Tampa, Hollander attended Berkeley Preparatory School before earning an undergraduate degree in marketing from Florida State University and later an MBA. Today, she balances being a proud mother of two young children, supporting her husband, Mike, with their family business Weather Tite Windows, and is widely involved in the Tampa community.
She is a sustainer in the Junior League, serves as president of her preschool’s parent association, and supports charitable initiatives including Christmas Wish, Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Charities, Redefining Refuge and St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation.

My Mantra: Lead with kindness – do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
“My parents always took a portion of whatever they made to give to the community,” Hollander says. “That’s a big part of where I get my charitable instincts from.”
She feels the most powerful women lift others as they rise. In the year ahead, Hollander is working toward launching her own charitable initiative while helping expand Weather Tite’s footprint with a future location.
