About Me
My parents were in the U.S. Army, so I grew up moving all over the East Coast. From a young age, they engraved in me the importance of staying active.
I’ve been training for about 10 years in Tampa. I love the process of changing bodies. I’ve been at CAMP Tampa for six years, where I specialize in HIIT full body group training. I also went pro with the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness in 2018.
My Local Knowledge
I get my caffeine fix at Buddy Brew. They are local and have several convenient locations. My go-to is iced green tea with extra honey. Plus, they serve the best avocado toast.
Fit Foodies preps my meals and delivers them every Sunday. I get 20 meals a week so I can just grab and go. I get a lot of red meat and salmon with brussels sprouts, sweet potato, steak, quinoa and sauce on the side. The chef is on point.
For workouts, you can catch me at CAMP. It has everything you could ever want in a group training boutique studio. When I’m not there, I love going to Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club. Turf, conditioning, cardio, weight training — they have it all when it comes to a modern gym.
My favorite place for workout clothing is Lululemon in Hyde Park Village. Their clothes last so long and everything is nice and fitted.
My Tampa hidden gems are Oh Yeah Creamery and Ciro’s. Oh Yeah is in the most random spot and has the best ice cream in the area. I get vanilla mixed with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and apple pie filling. My favorite thing about Ciro’s is that you can reserve a private booth. It has a cool speakeasy vibe and I really venture out on cocktails there.
