Remodeler/Contractor: Revive Kitchen & Bath

Located in the Seven Oaks community of Wesley Chapel, this two-story home, renovated by Revive Kitchen & Bath, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two offices, an upstairs game room and a spacious kitchen with a hidden pantry.

The design came together by blending the husband’s modern, masculine style—favoring clean lines and dark colors—with the wife’s traditional preference for ornate details and bright elegance. The result is a balanced transitional style, integrating light, sophisticated materials with streamlined, dark finishes. The home caters to a work-from-home couple with two kids and two puppies, offering practicality alongside a neutral warm color scheme accented by pops of blues and greens.

Highlights include a two-tone kitchen with “white icing” perimeter cabinets and a maple-stained island and hood. The great room boasts a fireplace wall with built-in cabinetry and custom floating shelves, complemented by matte finish rectified edge tiles for a solid stone appearance with minimal grout. Additionally, a fully remodeled bathroom features custom floor-to-ceiling linen cabinets, enhancing storage and style throughout the home.

The great room showcases a grand fireplace feature wall and built-in cabinets.
The kids’ bath offers a light, airy ambiance.
The office bath has a pewter green vanity with Calacatta quartz.
The office features sage green ceiling-height cabinets with gold hardware.
Primary bath with freestanding tub, floor-to-ceiling linen cabinets, and champagne bronze fixtures.
The game room bath boasts an edgy concrete grey vanity.
