LoveShackFancy opened its third Florida location in Hyde Park Village. The clothing boutique is designed around fragrance, florals, monogramming, embroidery and curated gifting. BRITTO, a lifestyle brand founded by artist Romero Britto, Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier, a family-owned small-batch artisan chocolate boutique, and Rowan have opened at International Plaza, with Vuori, a performance apparel store, and Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant to soon follow. Bookends: Literature and Libations, which features a full coffee bar, as well as wine, beer, house-made baked goods and shareables, is open in historic Ybor City.

V Modern Italian will bring its fresh pasta and handmade pizza to Rome Collective in September. Also expected to open in September is Marcel, a European bistro that will take over the former Left Bank Bistro location at 1225 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N. in St. Pete. Also in St. Pete, RReal Tacos will take over the ground floor of the recently closed Red Mesa Cantina building, with an opening planned for 2027. D’Rose Gastrobar, which will focus on small plates and drinks, will debut in historic Ybor City at 2238 E. Seventh Ave.
Savory in St. Pete
From the owners of Malio’s Prime Steakhouse in downtown Tampa and Malio’s Beach House on St. Pete Beach, their newest concept, Moon by Malio’s, a fine dining, wild-caught seafood restaurant, will debut on the ground floor of the boutique Berkeley Beach Club hotel. The Winfield, a 22-seat cocktail parlor, opened beneath downtown St. Pete’s Central Park food hall. The 1,000-square-foot venue includes a small menu of shareable dishes and signature cocktails highlighting Asian and Latin ingredients.
Tastes in Tampa
Double Six opened inside La Sétima Club with a menu of specialty drinks, including a guava latte, snacks, bites and coffee drinks. Lumbre, located in the Rome Collective development, has brought its Spanish flavors and flair to NoHo. The menu includes wood-fired grilling, traditional paella, tapas and a full bar. SoDough Square, a Detroit-style pizza shop, has arrived in South Tampa. Tommy’s Chophouse, a fine-dining steakhouse, featuring a locally sourced menu, opened on 7th Avenue in Ybor City.
Multi-Concept Retailer in St. Pete
Part beauty bar, part specialty café and part local artisan market, BB House has opened at 6080 Seminole Blvd. in St. Petersburg. The concept brings together beauty services, shopping and coffee under one roof, with offerings including fresh floral arrangements, a build-your-own bouquet bar and a curated selection of handmade jewelry, apparel, vintage home décor, drinkware and hand-painted hairbrushes from local vendors. Guests can also enjoy a rotating menu of specialty beverages, stuffed cookies and other baked treats from area bakers.
