A Tampa local for over 15 years, Logan Rusnak founded Mission IT AV to provide the best customer experience possible.
With a background in IT, it was working for Apple that taught him the importance of customer relations.
“I learned how to really listen to the customer, understand who they are, what their needs are and how to provide a great experience” he says. “These are the ideas at the heart of the company.”
