Hearts of Valor Inc is a Nonprofit 501C3 Public Health Organization with a focus on Cardiovascular Disease. We provide free Health screenings and Heart risk assessments to residents of Hillsborough and Pasco County. We also provide free CPR and first aid training to Teens.
Fundraising Event
5k Walk/Run and Health Expo
Participants of all fitness levels are invited to take part in the 5K Run/Walk, whether they prefer a competitive run or a leisurely stroll. The event also features a Heart Health Expo, where experts provide valuable insights on heart health, nutrition, and fitness. Families can enjoy a variety of kid-friendly activities, including a kids’ dash and face painting.
Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to hear inspiring stories from heart disease survivors and their families as they share their personal journeys and triumphs.
