Dr. Andrea Toufexis Esch is the founder of EschTIVA R&D, a physician-led anesthesia group comprised of seven board- certified anesthesiologists and three perioperative RNs serving ambulatory surgery centers and office-based surgical practices throughout Tampa Bay.

A two-time Top Doctor, Dr. Esch is known for her commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and collaborative partnerships with surgeons. Her team is honored to support many of the region’s premier practices, including Florida OMFS, Vivify Plastic Surgery, Ravive Plastic Surgery, Dr. Rosh, Tampa Bay Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, and FishHawk Oral & Facial Surgery.

EschTIVA R&D also offers a mobile anesthesia platform for dental and oral surgery offices, bringing hospital-level monitoring and expertise directly to the practice.
